Itadaki embodies the traditions of a Japanese Steakhouse and inspired culinary
artistry. The elegant, immersive dining experience focuses on a menu of
beautifully marbled meats, from Japanese A5 Wagyu to American Wagyu,
expertly prepared in Yakiniku style at an inset table charcoal grill. The spacious
dining room exudes Japanese tradition and modern aesthetics, underscored by a
menu that incorporates premium seafood, local ingredients, and seasonal
specialties from Japan. Whether dining a la carte or on indulgent omakase ,
the result is a menu grounded in exquisitely blended flavors and textures,
infused with tradition and innovation, for a refined dining experience.
We offer complimentary 4-hour parking with validation. Please park in the
building where our restaurant is located: Bellevue Connection, 550 106th Ave NE,
Bellevue. You may access the parking garage from NE 4th Street or 106th Avenue
NE. Please look for the signs indicating Bellevue Connection. Please bring your
parking ticket with you to receive complimentary parking.
Yes! We have experience with celebrations, graduations, birthdays, business
meetings and more. We welcome groups of all sizes in the semi-private areas of
our dining room, fully enclosed private dining rooms, and as a full restaurant
buy-out. We can accommodate a variety of events with A/V capabilities, custom

We have a $30 corkage fee per bottle, limited to two bottles per reservation. We
kindly ask that any wine or sake you bring in to enjoy is not currently featured on
